Our Rescue - Goldie

In December 2013, Sheiba BC, a AQHA Golden Palomino Mare was rescued by us. We took her in and gave her much needed care and attention. She was emaciated and was on the verge of founder due to lack of care and neglect. It tooks months of proper farrier care by our Certified Equine Podiatrist, Jerry Ferg, who was able to get her feet back into shape and ger her sound. She was given a clean bill of health 8 months later and she entered into training with us using the DownUnder Horsemanship Methods. She was placed on the adoption list and found a loving home in Mississippi, where she currently resides with her new owner Lisa. We are grateful we were able to find her a loving forever home and help her from the near point of death.

We wish her luck and lots of great memories to her and her new family!
