Sampson
We took in a QH named Sampson, who was a rescue, and needed training and a new home. We took him in and had him evaluated by our Certified Equine Podiatrist, Jerry Ferg, who confirmed he had some lameness issues due to the improper trimming of his feet, which was causing pain in his tendons and ankles. He was evaluated by our vet and he also confirmed the pain and was placed on stall rest for several months as a result. He was carefully evaluated and was finally given a clean bill of soundness and was allowed to enter into training with us using DownUnder Horsemanship Methods. He received his training and excelled. He was placed up for adoption and found a new forever home with his new owners, Chis and Gary.
We wish them all the best and new happy memories together. We will post updates of his progress as time goes on. Congrats to them!
